-or I use pita bread for the crust
1 ½ cup warm water
1 ½ tsp yeast
1-2TBS sugar
1 TBS olive oil
Let yeast bubble up
Add:
3 Cups flour- more as needed
1 tsp salt
Knead, roll out, top and cook 425 till cheese melted lightly browned and crust browned
