1/2 c. Flour 1/4 c. Margarine, melted
1 t. Salt 4-6 Chicken Breasts
1/2 t. Cayenne Pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, salt, and cayenne pepper together in a plastic bag. Drop chicken into bag and shake to coat. Pour margarine on a baking sheet. Place flour coated chicken on baking sheet and turn to coat both sides with margarine. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
Honey Glaze Sauce
1/4 c. Brown Sugar 1 T. Soy Sauce
1/4 c. Honey 1 t. Curry Powder
1/4 c. Lemon Juice 1/4 c. Margarine, Melted
Combine all ingredients. You may need to microwave sauce for easier pouring. Pour glaze over chicken breasts until well coated. Bake chicken for an additional 45 minutes.
